GRETNA – A credit company is seeking more than $14,000.
Credit Acceptance Corp. filed a complaint on Oct. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Brionne Jones and Ondrea Jones.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $14,022.61 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Naomi Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur & Schwartz in Birmingham, Alabama.
