GRETNA – A materials company is seeking more than $7,000.
Foundation Materials Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Boles Construction LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $7,080.00 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
