GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $2,400 in sums due
Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Oct. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Taylor Lightell.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $2,410.95 plus interest on a Visa Card.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
