GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $5,200.
Cavalry SPV I LLC as assignee of Synchrony Bank filed a complaint on in the 24th Judicial District Court against Tonja Geis.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $5,245.79 plus interest.
