GRETNA – A company is seeking more than $25,000 in sums due.

Bedrette Enterprise Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Steven Barquet.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a note in the balance of $25,551.36 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due on a note, despite amicable demand from the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Stanley Kottemann Jr. of Stanley C. Kottemann Jr. & Associates in Kenner.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.
