Ally Financial claims customers owe over $34,000

GRETNA – A financial company is seeking damages for more than $34,000.

Ally Financial Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Chea White and Brandon White.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $34,648.86 alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance owed to the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
