GRETNA –Ford Motor Credit is seeking more than $23,000.
Ford Motor Credit Co. LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Paul Sacco.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $23,510.14 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
