GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking more than $2,000 in sums due.
Calvary SPV I LLC as assignee of Synchrony Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Frank Caracci.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due for $2,007.65 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.
