NEW ORLEANS – A woman is seeking damages following an injury at a Double Tree Hotel.
Ashley Adams filed a complaint on Sept. 27 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Hilton Worldwide Inc., dba Doubletree by Hilton, and Scott Ward.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on July 5, when the plaintiff was in the Double Tree Hotel and was caused injury due to an unspecified dangerous condition.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Brandon Taylor of Cossich, Sumich, Parsiola & Taylor LLC in Belle Chasse.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Nakisha Ervin-Knott.
