Man claims he was injured during a fall at Ming's Restaurant

NEW ORLEANS – A man is seeking damages for a fall in a restaurant.

Gregory Lonero filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Ming's LLC, dba Ming's Restaurant, and Axis Surplus Insurance Co.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Oct. 5, 2017, alleging the defendant was negligent as the plaintiff was caused to slip and fall on gravy that had been left on the ground.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Tamara Kluger Jacobson in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern Reese.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-9572.
