Reverse Mortgage Solutions says woman owes it over $77,000

NEW ORLEANS – A reverse mortgage company is seeking more than $77,000.

Reverse Mortgage Solutions Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 25 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Betty Bender.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $77,744.76 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due on a mortgage.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney Cates IV.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-9592.
