NEW ORLEANS – A finance company is seeking more than $82,000 in sums due.

Live Well Financial Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 25 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Myrtis Maclies, aka Myrtis H. Maclies.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a mortgage in the balance of $82,257.41 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Nakisha Ervin Knott.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-9590.
