GRETNA – A bank is seeking over $23,000 in sums due.
Ally Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 9 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Darnell M. Brown and Ronald A. Brown Sr.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $23,906.93 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay what is owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
