New Penn Financial seeks more than $99,000 from mortgagor

GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $99,000 in sums due.

New Penn Financial LLC, dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, filed a complaint on Oct. 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Paul J. Folse, aka Paul Folse.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $99,672.80 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due on a mortgage.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Corey Giroir of The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.
