GRETNA – A condo association is seeking over $6,900 in sums due.
The Tree Tops Townhouse Condominium Association Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 10 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ralph Lausano.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance of $6,988.82 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay rent.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by David Fos in Kenner.
The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
