Credit agency is seeking over $5,200 on open account

GRETNA – A credit agency is seeking more than $5,200 in sums due.

Cavalry SPV I LLC as assignee of Synchrony Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Alexander Vallacchiv.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $5,293.07 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 788455.
