GRETNA –– A credit card holder faces a lawsuit over an alleged $2,000 debt.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Zeneyda D. Chavarria.
According to the complaint, the defendant failed to pay an outstanding balance of $2,212.54 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
