GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $5,300 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Derrelle Hymes.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $5,397.48 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
