Synchrony Bank claims it is owed more than $4,400

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $4,400 in sums due.

Synchrony Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kenneth Shows.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $4,463.66 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura T.D. Sims in Enterprise, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
