GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $5,600 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Lauren Latham.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $5,632.87 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
