GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $1,900.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Marco G. Campbell.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $1,907.66 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
