GRETNA – An elevator company is seeking more than $7,100.
II-Worth Elevator Service LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 23 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Emerald Properties Northshore LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance in the amount of $7,120.96 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay for services issued.
The defendant is accused of open account and breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Evan Park Howell III in Metairie.
