GRETNA – A funding company is seeking over $6,500.
Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Richard Honea.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay of the balance of $6,598.89 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
