GRETNA – A bank is seeking over $28,000.

Hancock Whitney Bank filed a complaint on Oct. 22 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Barnell A. Davis.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $28,134.75 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
