GRETNA – An individual is seeking damages after their car was backed into.
Meosha Jackson filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Estes Express Lines Corp. and Antoine Brumfield.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident which took place on July 31, 2017 when the defendant backed into the plaintiff's vehicle
The defendant is accused of negligence.
