GRETNA –An LLC is seeking more than $108,000 on a mortgage.
GMFS LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Aaron Keith Brown.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a mortgage in the balance of $108,722.78 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying their mortgage.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.
