GRETNA – A mortgage company is seeking more than $174,000.
Envoy Mortgage Ltd. filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jeremy White.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a mortgage in the balance of $174,005.49 plus interest, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
