GRETNA – A group is seeking more than $160,000 on a mortgage.
American Advisors Group filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Wayne Eugene Wilson and Barbara Vandrell Wilson.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $160,461.28 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.
