GRETNA – A mortgage company is seeking over $81,000.
Standard Mortgage Corp. filed a complaint on Oct. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ramelli K. Slack.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $81,035.87 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by L. Graham Arceneaux of Graham, Arceneaux & Allen LLC in New Orleans.
