GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $5,500.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Gerard Guerra.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $5,573.92, alleging the defendant was negligent in sums due.
