GRETNA – An investment group is seeking more than $17,000.
MTGLQ Investors LP filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Derrick D. White, aka Derrick White.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $17,217 plus interest.
