GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $2,700.
Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Paula Landry.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $2,745.24 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
