GRETNA – A financial group is seeking more than $4,400 in sums due.
Cavalry SPV I LLC as assignee of Citibank filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jeffery M. Rowell.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $4,430.70 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.
