GRETNA – An individual is seeking damages for a slip and fall.
Terry Casanova filed a complaint on in the 24th Judicial District Court against Dick's Sporting Goods Inc., Joshua Taylor and ABC Insurance Co.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place Dec. 17, 2017 when the plaintiff was at the defendant's at 3301 Veterans Blvd in Metairie. The plaintiff alleges the defendant was negligent in leaving liquid on the ground, resulting in wet spots that caused the plaintiff to slip and fall.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Timothy Richardson of Richardson Law Group LLC in Madisonville.
