ASI Federal Credit Union claims it is owed over $25,000

GRETNA – A credit union is seeking more than $25,000.

ASI Federal Credit Union filed a complaint on Nov. 9 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Troy Lovely.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for $25,723.85 plus interest alleging the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Darryl Fontana of Fontana & Fontana LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789449.
