GRETNA – A company is seeking more than $66,000.
Granitos Itapoama Ltd. filed a complaint on Nov. 9 in the 24th Judicial District Court against M.U.S.A. Inc., dba King Marble and Granite.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $66,774.20 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
