Barclays Bank files legal action for over $10,000 in sums due

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $10,000 in sums due.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Nov. 9 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Eric Schmidt.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off $10,350.95 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville &  Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789474.
