GRETNA – A financial group is seeking more than $1,600 from a customer who has failed to make acocunt payments.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Joshua Gommel.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an account. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $1,695.79 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges that despite making amicable demand, the defendant has been negligent in their responsibility to pay the plaintiff back for a WebBank account.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.
