NEW ORLEANS – A collection agency is seeking more than $15,000 on an open account.
Cavalry SPV I LLC, as assignee of Citibank, filed a complaint on Nov.13 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Jason Keller.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $15,855.61 plus interest. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper Griffin.
