American Metal Fab files lawsuit seeking over $63,000

GRETNA – A metal company is seeking more than $63,000 in sums due.

American Metal Fab Inc. filed a complaint on June 6 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Green Cooling Tower Operations LLC, Duchuy Huynh and Vincent Wiltz.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed for services that the plaintiff rendered for the defendant. The plaintiff is seeking payment of $58,518.00 for the principle sum and $4,934.75 in service charges through May 25.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Joshua Matthew of Roy M. Bowes & Associates in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
