GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $4,400 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Michael Hogan.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant used a credit card and failed to pay off the balance owed that totaled $4,494.59 plus interest. The defendant has even received amicable demand from the plaintiff, however the defendant has still remained negligent for the amount owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
