Barclays Bank Delaware is seeking over $7,800

GRETNA – A bank is seeking sums due in excess of $7,800 from a borrower.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Nov. 9 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Aimee Wehrwein.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant has remained negligent on an open account owed to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is allegedly owed $7,853.96 plus interest, which the plaintiff made amicable demand on for the defendant to pay off the credit card balance.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789452.
