GRETNA – A company is seeking more than $10,000 in sums due.

Gulf Enterprises Inc filed a complaint on Nov. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Greggory Morris, Michael T. Morris, MGC LLC, and American Express Co.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the balance due of $10,147.31 to the plaintiff for services issued in the form of construction materials, despite amicable demands having been made to the defendant.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Peter Meisner in River Ridge.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.
