Synchrony Bank is seeking more than $5,700 in sums due

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $5,000 in sums due.

Synchrony Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Bruce Corsaro.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account  the defendant has failed to pay off. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance owed for services delivered. Currently, the defendant is indebted for the balance of $5,720.55 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789633.
