GRETNA – A drywall company is seeking more than $35,000.
Coastal Drywall Specialties IV LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against The Gray Insurance Co. as bonding agent for insite New Orleans One LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account the defendant has failed to pay off. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance owed for services delivered. Currently, the defendant is indebted for the balance of $35,175 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Carey Holiday of Gulino Law in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
