Condo association is seeking over $10,000 in sums due

GRETNA – A condo association is seeking over $10,000 in sums due.

The London Towne Condominium Association Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 21 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Millenium Mortgage Group Inc.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account the defendant has failed to pay off. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance owed for services delivered in the form of a mortgage. Currently, the defendant is indebted for the balance of $10,720 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Carriere of Favret, Carriere & Cronvich LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789732.
