Regions Bank claims it's owed more than $149,000

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $149,000 in sums due.

Regions Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kinder Guard LLC dba CCTV Wholesalers and Bryan C. Lagarde.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account the defendant has failed to pay off. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance owed for services delivered. Currently, the defendant is indebted for the balance of $149,985.11 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Ashley Arnold of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
