GRETNA – A company is seeking more than $21,000 in sums due from a customer.
Trane U.S. LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 27 in the 24th Judicial District Court against National Sheetmetal Services LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due to the plaintiff. Currently the plaintiff is seeking damages for $21,733.49 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand to the plaintiff, but to no avail, as the defendant has failed to pay.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gilber Gonzalez Jr. of The DeGrasse Law Firm in Baton Rouge.
