GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking sums due for more than $12,000.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kelli C. Ramon.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed to the plaintiff for an extended period of time. The plaintiff is seeking $12,500 from the defendant, and despite amicable demands being made the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff back.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
