GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $11,000 in sums due from a customer.
Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Michael D. Adelmann Sr.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed to the plaintiff for an extended period of time. The plaintiff is seeking $11,984.83 from the defendant, and claims that despite amicable demands being made the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff back.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
